My Inventory

The "My Inventory" module is a comprehensive tool that facilitates the management of damaged and returned items within the inventory system. It includes dedicated tabs for tracking damaged and returned inventory. This module ensures efficient handling of inventory discrepancies, enhances decision-making, and offers a centralized hub for overseeing and resolving damage and return scenarios.

Dashboard

  • First, Go to My Profile
  • Click on Inventory & Assets Module
  • Then Go to the My Inventory tab.

Allocated Tab:

  1. The Allocated tab includes functionality for managing both damage and return allocations.
  2. Allocate damaged items for repair or disposal.
  3. Allocate returned items for restocking or other actions.

    Damage:
    Specify the Damage Description, and any other relevant information.


    Return:
    Inspect returned items and make decisions based on the condition of the items.

Return

  • Click on Inventory & Assets Module
  • Then Go to the Return tab.
    Inspect returned items and make decisions based on the condition of the items.

Damaged

  • Click on Inventory & Assets Module
  • Then Go to the Damaged tab.
    Specify the item, quantity, reason, and any other relevant information.

History

  • Click on Inventory & Assets Module
  • Then Go to the History tab.
    Use the reporting feature to detailed reports on inventory activities.
