A Performance Management System (PMS) is a used by HR teams to measure and analyze employee performance.
Organizations use this system to help their workforce enhance productivity by improving their performance over time.
Performance management systems typically cover performance appraisals and employee development.
Dashboard
Steps:
Go to the Menu List.
Click on HR Module
Then Go to the PMS tab.
HR PMS Dashboard will be shown as below:-
5.1.To Review Tab:
To review tab displays the employee's data whose appraisal is pending.
The history tab displays the employee's data that has been reviewed. Steps
Click on HR Module Tab
After that, show a menu with drop-down options, and select HR PMS
Then go to the To Review tab
On click of the Start Review icon, Users can view the Performance Question Review and then the Submit Review.
5.2.KPI Rule Tab:
We can add new template in KPI Rule tab
In KPI Rule tab, we can allocate staff Steps
Click on HR Module Tab
After that, show a menu with drop-down options, and select HR PMS
Then go to the KPI Rule Tab
5.2.1. New Template:
When User click on template button, add new Template shown as below image:-
Steps:
Go to the KPI Rule Tab.
then click on Templates button.
then click on New Template button.
Add New template by default display form will get open as per the below image.
Enter all required details. 1.Title: Enter the Title new template name. 2.Category: Select the Category from the dropdown menu. 3.Frequency: Select the Frequency from the dropdown menu. 4.Tags: Enter the tags. 5.Description: Enter the Description.
After filling all the mandatory fields click on the Submit button. On click of submit, Reports will be added successfully.
5.2.2. Add Question List:
When user click on Template button, the new template add question list will then open. Steps:
Go to the KPI Rule Tab.
then click on Templates button.
then click on New Template button.
Add Question list icon by default display form will get open as per the below image.
Create Question List button by default display form will get open as per the below image.
Click on Adding Question List button by default display form will get open as per the below image.
Enter all required details. 1.Title: Enter the Title new question 2.Category: Select the Category from the dropdown menu. 5.Description: Enter the Description. 4.Ref Link: Enter the Ref Link. 4.Tags: Enter the tags.
After filling all the mandatory fields click on the Submit button. On click of submit, Reports will be added successfully.
5.3.Staff History Tab:
The staff history tab displays staff members PMS ratings, performance, and potential by name. Steps:
Go to the HR Module.
then click onHR PMS tab.
then click on Staff History tab
PMS Rating Performance which are closed will get stored in the Staff History tab.
On click of the Staff History icon, users can view Performance Staff Summary.
5.4. Overview Tab:
The overview tab displays a department-specific perspective of the PMS Rating 9 box analysis. Steps
Click on HR Module Tab
After that, show a menu with drop-down options, and select HR PMS tab
Then go to the Overview tab
5.5. History Tab:
History tab gives the view of all Performance Review Records that are already existing. Steps
Click on HR Module Tab
After that, show a menu with drop-down options, and select HR PMS tab
