Automator

The Automator module in automates repetitive tasks and workflows, streamlining processes and saving time for users. It allows for the creation of custom automation sequences without the need for coding knowledge.

Dashboard:

Steps:

  1. Click on Admin profile
  2. Click on Setup
  3. Click on Advanced
  4. Click on Automator under Advanced

Enter the details in Add Job:-

  1. Click on Add Job button

  2. Click Automator tab:
    Job Title - Enter job title

  3. Click on Trigger tab:
    Start on - Select date from the calendar
    Schedule/Run Every X Mins - Enter schedule

  4. Click on Action tab:
    Script - Select Script type from the dropdown list
    Method - Select Method type from the dropdown list
    Params - {}

  5. Click on More tab:
    Description Notes - Enter description notes
    Run Only once - Select True / False from the dropdown

New Script name:

  1. Click on '+' button
  2. Enter the script name
  3. Click on OK button
