Violation
The Violation module is designed to identify, track, and manage instances of non-compliance or breaches within an operational context. It facilitates the systematic recording of violations, categorizing them as active cases.
Dashboard
Steps:
- Click on Operation Icon
- After that, show a menu with drop-down options, and select Violation
- Violation will be shown as below:

- Upon entering the Violation module, the user is redirected to the Active tab.
- View violations categorized as Active, displaying information such as violation category and status.
Accept Violations - Accepted violations move to the Summary tab for further analysis.
- Staff analyzes the violation, gathers additional information if necessary.
Rejected Violations - If a violation is rejected by the staff, it is also logged in the History tab.
- On click of the View icon, users can view violation details.
Summary tab:
- Based on the analysis, staff resolves the violation by taking appropriate actions.
- Record resolution details, such as actions taken and resolution time.
Resolved Violations - Click on "Tick" button resolved the violation
Resolved violations are transferred to the History tab for archival purposes.
History tab:
- The History tab maintains a comprehensive record of resolved and rejected violations.
