Support Desk

The Support Desk module is designed to streamline and manage support requests efficiently. It provides a comprehensive platform for handling and resolving issues raised by users.

Dashboard

Steps:

  • Click on Operation.
  • After that, show a menu with drop-down options, and select Support Desk
  • Support Desk will be shown as below:

Open Tab:

  • In the Open tab, assigned support requests are displayed.
  • Utilize the chat functionality to communicate with staff.
  • Upon completing the support request, use the "Close Support Request" functionality.

Escalated 1 Tab:

  • The Escalated 1 tab showcases cross-support requests within 7 days.
  • Engage in chat functionality for communication.
  • Use the "Close Support Request" functionality when resolving an escalated request.

Escalated 2 Tab:

  • In the Escalated 2 tab, view cross-support requests within 14 days.
  • Communicate with staff using the chat feature.
  • Close support requests upon resolution.

History Tab:

  • The History tab displays closed records with existing chats.
