Facility

• Facility means managing the day-to-day activities and tasks related to running a facility, like maintenance, scheduling, and resource allocation, all within one system.
• Takes care of operations management and tracks facility activities that are to be carried out on a day to day basis. In facility there are duties that need to be carried out in a scheduled manner as well as the certain on-demand basis.

Dashboard:-

Steps:

1. Go to the Menu list
2. Click on Operation Module
3. Click on Facility module
4. Facility dashboard will be shown as below:

1) Info view:- The details of Facility that are added in the form is visible in this tab:
Steps:

• Select the Facility, Click on eye icon, ie (info view)
• Info view form is visible.

2).Logs view:- The Logs option tracks and records activities, errors, and user interactions, providing a detailed history for troubleshooting and auditing purposes.

Steps:

• Select the Facility, Click on eye icon, ie (info view)
• Click on Logs tab to view logs detail
  

New Facility details:-

New Facilities indicates that a new added facility lists will be displayed

1. Go to the Menu list
2. Click on Operation Module
3. Click on Facility module
4. Click on New tab.

Pending Approvals:-

Pending Approval indicates that a facility review is awaiting confirmation from relevant approval before its finalization.

1. Go to the Menu list
2. Click on Operation Module
3. Click on Facility module
4. Click on Pending Approval tab.
5. Click on Accept button for successful approval
6. Click on Reject button to reject approval

History:-

History option maintains a record of feedback, and progress over time for individual facilities
