The Appraisal category module organizes and evaluates employee performance, aiding in performance reviews and goal-setting processes within the organization, facilitating effective talent management and improvement strategies.

Steps:

1. Click on Admin profile
2. Click on Setup
3. Click on Masters
4. Click on Appraisal Category under masters

Enter the details in Appraisal Category:-

1. Category - Enter the Category.
2. Manager - Select the manager from the drop down list.
3. Description - Enter the description of appraisal category.
