Any complaint or resistance within the Organization are termed as Grievance.
An Employee grievance is a concern, problem, or complaint that an employee has about their work, the workplace, or someone they work with ”this includes management.

Steps:
First Go to the My Profile .
Click on Self help button
Click on My Grievance.

The employee's grievance is displayed on a new tab in the My grievance

Go to the My Profile icon and select My Grievance
Then click on New Tab

Steps
Go to the My Grievance
Then Click on New Grievance
Add Grievance Form will be shown.
Enter all required details. 1.Title: simply summaries the grievance title 2.Type: We have provide the Grievance type in dropdown in the Types as follows:- 1) Documents :- Select the document option from the dropdown list if there is a dispute regarding the document. 2) Salary :- Select the Salary option from the dropdown list if there is a dispute regarding the salary. 3) Travel :- Select the Travel option from the dropdown list if there is a dispute regarding the travel. 4) General :- Select the General option from the dropdown list if there is a dispute regarding the general. 3.Issue Date: Select the Issue Date 4.Attachment: Attach the grievance related document 5.Description:Enter the description and any supporting information for the grievance.
After filling all the mandatory fields click on the Submit button. On click of submit, reports will be added successfully.
Added application is displayed in Reports as shown in the below image.
On click of the View icon, users can view applications.
On click of the Chat icon, users can view grievance conversation.
6.2.Recently Resolved Tab
The grievance application displays in the recently resolved tab after HR rejects or accepts it. Steps:
Go to the My Grievance
Then click on Recently Resolved Tab
Recently Resolved Tab will be shown as below:
On click of the View icon, users can view grievance.
On click of the Chat icon, users can view grievance conversation.
6.3.History Tab
History tab gives the view of Rejected/Closed Grievance Records that are already existing. Steps:
Go to the My Grievance
Then click on History Tab
