How to write article
To write an article in KMS :
- Identify Article Type: Determine the type of article you're writing, such as notes, feature details, technical flow diagrams, or test cases.
- Access Article Creation: Navigate to the appropriate section within KMS to begin writing your article.
- Choose RTF Format: Utilize Rich Text Format (RTF) for writing articles, ensuring compatibility and ease of formatting.
- Select Template (if applicable): Opt for a suitable template if provided, streamlining the article creation process.
- Fill in Article Details: Provide essential details such as article name, category, and any other required metadata.
- Write Content: Begin drafting your article, including relevant information, descriptions, instructions, or any other necessary content.
- Include Components as Needed: Articles may include diverse elements such as a table of contents, special features, website/mobile app pages or panels, data/business rule controls, process diagrams, and testing plans.
