9.Staff Bank Details
Dashboard
- Staff bank details dashboard will be shown as below:
Click on left side Menu List → Click on HR → Click on Staff Bank Details tab.
9.1.Add Bank Details
Click on the Staff Bank Details tab → Click on Add Bank Details → Info tab by default display form will get open as per the below image.
1.Contacts/Staff/Vendors: Select Contacts/Staff/Vendors using dropdown.
2.Bank Name: Enter the Bank name.
3.Branch: Enter the Branch name.
4.Account No: Enter Account no.
5.Account Holder Name: Enter the Account holder name.
6.IFSC Code: Enter the IFSC code.
7.SWIFT Code: Enter the SWIFT code.- Click on the Add Bank Details → Click on the Address tab form will get open as per the below image.
1.State: Enter the State.
2.Country: Select Country using dropdown.
3.Zipcode: Enter the Zipcode.
4.Address: Enter the Address. Click on the Add Bank Details → Click on the Xtras tab form will get open as per the below image.
1.Xtras: Enter the Xtras.Click on the Add Bank Details → Click on the Notes tab form will get open as per the below image.
1.Notes: Enter the Notes.- After filling all the mandatory fields click on the Submit button. On click of submit, reports will be added successfully.
- Added bank details is displayed in Reports as shown in the below image.
- On click of the View icon, users can view bank details.
- On click of the Edit icon, users can edit bank details.
