3.Service Catalog
- A service catalog is a listing of all the products and services.
- Service catalogs act as knowledge management tools for the employees and consultants of an enterprise.
Dashboard
Service catalog dashboard will be shown as below image:
Click on left side Menu List → Click on Sales → Click on Service Catalog tab.
3.1.Service tab:
- Click on the Service → Add Service tab by default and the display form will get open as per the image below.
1.Service Name: Enter the Service name.
2.Service Code: Enter the Service code.
3.Service No: Enter the Service no.
4.Type: Select Type using dropdown.
5.Service Category: Select Category using dropdown.
6.Service Manager: Select Manager using dropdown.
7.Service Cost: Enter the Service cost.
8.Service Tags: Enter the Tags.
9.Service Location: Select Location using dropdown.
10.Service Branch: Select Branch using dropdown.
11.Delivery Mode: Select Delivery mode using dropdown.
12.Service Description: Enter the Description. - After filling all the mandatory fields click on the Submit button. On click of submit, the Service will be added successfully.
- Added Service is displayed in Reports as shown in the below image.
- On click of the View icon, users can view service master details.
On click of the Edit icon, users can edit service master details.
3.2.Product tab:
A thing or person that is the result of an action or process.
- A product is anything that can be offered to a market that might satisfy a want or need.
- Click on the Service → Add Product tab by default and the display form will get open as per the image below.
- Click on left side Menu List → Click on Sales → Click on Service Catalog tab.
- Click on the Product → Add Product by default and the display form will get open as per the image below.
1.Type: Select Type using dropdown.
2.Product: enter the Product.
3.Product Code: Enter the Product Code.
4.Product No: Enter the Product No.
5.Product Category: Select Product Category using dropdown.
6.Product Location: Select Product Location using dropdown.
7.Product Branch: Select Product Branch using dropdown.
8.Product Manager: Select Product Manager using dropdown..
9.Product Cost: Enter the Product Cost.
10.Delivery Mode: Select Delivery mode using dropdown.
11.Product Description: Enter the Product Description.
12.Product Tags: Enter the Product Tags. - After filling all the mandatory fields click on the Submit button. On click of submit, the Product will be added successfully.
- Added Product is displayed in Reports as shown in the above image.
- On click of the View icon, users can view service master details.
- On click of the Edit icon, users can edit service master details.
