5.7.Job Manager

Dashboard

  • Job manager dashboard will be shown as below image:


  • Click on the left side Menu List → Click on Workspace → Click on the Job Manager tab.


    5.7.1.New Job:

  • Click on the + New Job form to open it as per the below image.


  • For Info tab, form will open as per the below image.
  • Enter all required details.
    1.Jobs Name: Enter the Project name.
    2.Jobs Group: Enter the Project group.
    3.Jobs Category: Select Project category using dropdown.
    4.Jobs Master: Select Project master using dropdown.
    5.Jobs Engagement Model: Select Project engagement model using dropdown.
    6.Client/Company: Select Client/Company using dropdown.
    7.Manager: Select Manager using the dropdown.
    8.Owner: Select Owner using dropdown.
    9.Head: Select Head using dropdown.
    10.Jobs Year: Select Year using dropdown.
    11.Start Date: Select Start date.
    12.Code No:Enter the code no.
    12.Jobs Description: Enter the jobs description.

  • Click on More tab, form will open as per the below image.
  • Enter all required details.
    1.Tags: Enter the Tags.
    2.Order: Select Order using dropdown.
    3.Stakeholders(Ex:-abc@gmail.com,xyz@gmail.com): Enter the Stakeholders.
  • After filling all the mandatory fields click on the Submit button. On click of submit, the Jobs will be added successfully.
  • On click of the View icon, users can View jobs details.
  • On click of the Edit icon, users can Edit jobs details.
  • On clicking the Clone Active Jobs icon, user Clone active jobs added.

    5.7.2.Active Jobs Tab:

  • Click on the Active Jobs tab, reports will open as per the below image.
  • Click on the Active Jobs tab→ Click on View Jobs icon →View Jobs details.

    5.7.3.Pending tab:

  • Click on the Pending tab, reports will open as per the below image.
  • Select the status Pending tab after filling out all of the needed fields. The jobs will successfully display the pending status when user click Status Pending.
  • On click of the View icon, users can View jobs details.
  • On click of the Edit icon, users can Edit jobs details.

5.7.4.History:

  • History tab gives the view of Previous Records that are already existing.
  • One can view all data of jobs that are present & available.
  • Click on the left side Menu list →Click on Workspace→Click on Job ManagerHistory
  • Jobs which are closed will get stored in the History tab.
  • On click of the Jobs history icon, users can view task details.
