4.Staffs

  • The people employed by a particular organization are termed as Staff.
  • Below is the content Required for the Staff Details.

Dashboard

  • Staff dashboard will be shown as below image:


4.1.Active tab:

  • Active tab will be shown as below image
  • Click on Staffs tab → Click on Active ab → Click on Add Staff.


  • Click onNew staff form will be open as below image

    1.Employee Name: Enter Employee name.
    2.Type: Select Type using dropdown.
    3.Branch:Select Branch using dropdown.
    4.Designation: Select Designation using dropdown.
    5.Login ID: Enter the Login id.
    6.Email: Enter the Email id.
    7.Mobile: Enter the Mobile no.
    8.Status: Select Status using dropdown.
    9.Gender: Select Gender using dropdown.
    10.Employee Code: Enter the Employee code.
    11.Alternate Email: Enter the Alternate Email.
    12.Phone: Enter the Phone no.
    13.DOB: Enter the Date of birth date.
    14.Tags: Enter the Tags.
    15.Remarks: Enter the Remarks.
    16.Department: Select Department using dropdown.
  • After filling all the mandatory fields click on the Submit button. On click of submit, reports will be added successfully.

  • Added staff is displayed in Reports as shown in the below image.
  • On click of the View icon, users can view the staff.
  • On click of the Edit icon, users can edit staff.

4.2.Contractual tab:

  • The people employed by a particular organization on Contract basis will appear in this tab.
  • Click on Staffs tab → Click on Contractual tab → Click on Add Staff.
  • Below is the content Required for the Staff Details.
    1.Employee Name: Enter Employee name.
    2.Type: Select Type using dropdown.
    3.Branch:Select Branch using dropdown.
    4.Designation: Select Designation using dropdown.
    5.Login ID: Enter the Login id.
    6.Email: Enter the Email id.
    7.Mobile: Enter the Mobile no.
    8.Status: Select Status using dropdown.
    9.Gender: Select Gender using dropdown.
    10.Employee Code: Enter the Employee code.
    11.Alternate Email: Enter the Alternate Email.
    12.Phone: Enter the Phone no.
    13.Department: Select Department using dropdown.
    13.DOB: Enter the Date of birth date.
    14.Tags: Enter the Tags.
    15.Remarks: Enter the Remarks.
  • After filling all the mandatory fields click on the Submit button. On click of submit, reports will be added successfully.

    4.3.History tab:

  • Click on left side Menu List → Click on HR → Click on Staff tab → Click on History tab
  • Added Staff is displayed in Reports as shown in the below image.
  • On click of the View icon, users can view staff details.
