Appraisal

  • It is a system for evaluating employee performance and providing feedback. It streamlines the process of setting goals, assessing achievements, and documenting employee progress. This module helps HR managers make informed decisions regarding promotions, training needs, and compensation adjustments.

Dashboard:-

Steps:

  1. Click on left side Menu List
  2. Click on HR Module
  3. Click on Appraisal tab
  4. Appraisal dashboard will be shown as below:

Enter all the required details:-

1.Appraisal Category: Select the appraisal category from the dropdown list
2.For Staff: Select staff name from the dropdown list
3. Rating: Enter rating for appraisal
4.Skills and Knowledge: Enter the Skills and knowledge of staff
5.Behavior and Attitude: Enter the Behavior and attitude of staff
6.Communication And Teamwork: Enter the communication and teamwork of staff
7.Adaptability: Enter the adaptability
8.Time Management And Productivity: Enter the Time Management And Productivity of staff
9.Feedback: Enter the Feedback of staff
10.Remarks: Enter the Remarks of staff
11.Attachment: Attach the files / image

After entering all the mandatory details, click on the Submit button. Then the Appraisal will be added successfully.

1) Info view:- The details of appraisal that are added in the form is visible in this tab:

Steps:

  • Select the Appraisal, Click on eye icon, ie (info view)
  • Info view form is visible.

2).Logs view:- The Logs option tracks and records system activities, errors, and user interactions, providing a detailed history for troubleshooting and auditing purposes.

Steps:

  • Select the Appraisal, Click on eye icon, ie (info view)
  • Click on Logs tab to view logs detail

Pending Approval:-

Pending Approval indicates that a performance review is awaiting confirmation from relevant approval before its finalization.

Steps:

  1. Click on Appraisal module
  2. Then Click on Pending Approval tab
  3. Select the appraisal, and click in eye icon (info view)
  4. Click on Accept button for successfull approval
  5. Click on Reject button to reject Approval
  6. Click on Recheck button to Remark

History:-

History option maintains a record of staff performance, feedback, and progress over time for individual employees.

Steps:

  1. Click on Appraisal module
  2. Then Click on History tab
